Check the syllabus of JEE 2013 here. Select one topic at a time, begin with NCERT books. NCERT books are the best when it comes to proper clearing of concepts. Study and understand each topic given in the book. Solve the questions given in each topic to do self assessment. Don't move on to a new topic until you are completely clear with the one at hand. After you are clear with the concepts, proper application of those concepts are necessary. Take up books which have a high number of conceptual questions, solve them.
